I am passionate about supporting women and families during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. This time can be both joyful and challenging.

I believe parenting is one of the hardest jobs, even under the best circumstances. These days many of us are also dealing with added stressors like information overload, lack of support, hormone changes, fussy babies, unsolicited advice, recovery from a global pandemic, symptoms of depression or anxiety, and more.

 

It’s no wonder perinatal mood and anxiety disorders are the most common complication of childbirth. But there is hope, and recovery is within reach. I strive to help you navigate the challenging times and move from merely surviving to thriving.
